All prices displayed in BeautyLiving.com are correct at all the time and inclusive of VAT, but they may change without prior notice. Although we make sure all prices are correct at all times, there may be an occasion when an item is priced incorrectly; however, this will verify at the checkout.

BeautyLiving.com reserves the right to refuse access to the website, close an account, or cancel orders at any given time. If BeautyLiving.com cancels an order, you will not be charged.
When a customer finalises an order with BeautyLiving.com, the confirmation is sent via email as a receipt/invoice of the order. This confirmation email is to be used as proof of purchase and as a reference to the order and should be kept safely.
If you have placed an order by mistake or the order is not as expected, please contact our Customer Services Department on +44(0)00 and request a returns request reference. In such a case, The Buyer must pay for the return postage. BeautyLiving.com offers a 14 day returns policy on most items, but our team must be informed within 7 days of you receiving the goods. All returned items must be sent to us in ‘as new’ condition and those that are used or damaged will not be refunded. Goods must be returned in their original packaging. BeautyLiving.com will not accept any responsibility for items lost in transit and it is recommended that a proof of postage be obtained. Goods returned damaged due to poor packaging will not entitle The Buyer to a full credit/refund. The Buyer’s Statutory Rights are not affected.
